The Live and Learn Foundation® is an Indian Non-Profit Organization. It was incorporated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in Delhi on the 24th of November 2021. The aim of The Live and Learn Foundation® is simple: to create a world without poverty, in which the ideal of social equality can slowly become a reality. Our Mission
The Live and Learn Foundation® aims to create Live and Learn Centres that will provide free tuition in Hindi Literacy and Numeracy, English, General Knowledge, I.T. and Computer Skills, and other educational and arts subjects; and free food; for low-income children; and free arts, crafts and skills training for low-income adults so that they can set up their own businesses and become financially self-sustaining. Our First Project: The Bhiyantal Live and Learn Centre.
This is the first project by The Live and Learn Foundation®. Our work in the Bhiyantal Live and Learn Centre began on the 18th of April 2022. Here, we provide free coaching in I.T. and Computer Skills, English, Mathematics, Hindi, Literacy and Numeracy; and free food; to impoverished children, specifically those who are BPL (Below Poverty Line). We also provide coaching to children whose parents can afford to pay, and we charge a minimal fee for those children.
44 children currently study at our centre. 40 of those children enjoy free tuition. All of the children enjoy free food. It is a useful resource for those who prefer audio lessons, or who wish to improve their pronunciation of English words as well as their command of English grammar! You do not have to buy the book to study this free course as it is available for everyone to access on YouTube, but of course it will help us if you do buy the book!
